Mark Jossel was active in the turnaround arena for over twenty years.  In 1994 Mr. Jossel became a partner at Abrams & Jossel Consulting, Inc. (formerly David Abrams and Associates, Inc.) During his career Mr. Jossel developed a strong background in investigating client operations, general business consulting, valuing companies, handling and training employees, and had particularly strong financial skills. Mr. Jossel also had extensive experience at developing business plans for clients and lenders. He restructured corporate debt and, where necessary, sought and negotiated alternative sources of funding for his clients.

Mark Jossel was involved in more than a hundred turnaround situations with A&JC and Sheldon Lavin & Associates, including distribution, manufacturing and service - related companies.

Prior to joining A&JC, Mr. Jossel was an audit manager with Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser in Chicago where he was responsible for a portfolio of approximately twenty clients.  He handled clients ranging from service - related organizations to manufacturing and distribution industries.
