Glenn Eisenhuth CPA

As a Senior Consultant with Abrams & Jossel Consulting, Mr. Eisenhuth has been primarily involved in turnaround and business consulting for clients among a variety of industries that includes manufacturing, distribution, industrial equipment dealerships and services. Mr. Eisenhuth advises management of financially distressed companies in developing and implementing strategies to significantly improve performance despite limited resources. Services typically consist of the development of business plans that contemplate customer and product line profitability analysis, process improvements and cost reductions supported through detailed short-term and long-term cash and collateral forecasts. Mr. Eisenhuth has also performed numerous collateral reviews and valuation analysis upon request.

In addition to providing advanced analytical analysis of ongoing business operations and valuation services, Mr. Eisenhuth has also been actively involved in identifying and introducing alternative financing sources to his clients. In many cases, these financing sources have provided either additional capital or improved payment terms that have provided businesses the opportunity to execute their turnaround plan.

Prior to joining A&JC, Mr. Eisenhuth was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a transportation company with operations throughout the Midwest. During his tenure, Mr. Eisenhuth implemented numerous automated solutions and accounting controls in order to improve the accuracy, reliability and timeliness of the company’s financial reporting process. Furthermore, Mr. Eisenhuth performed analysis and other due diligence procedures including negotiating terms with lending institutions for acquisitions of other businesses, real estate and equipment. Additionally, Mr. Eisenhuth gained significant experience among various industries during his fourteen-year career in the Audit Department of a public accounting firm with offices throughout the country.

Mr. Eisenhuth is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Eisenhuth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana.
