Michael McGuinnis CPA

During his more than 25 year professional career, Michael McGuinnis has worked with a broad spectrum of industries and service organizations on a national as well as international basis.

Mr. McGuinnis’s industry expertise includes manufacturing, multinational sales and distribution, transportation, construction, telecommunications, consumer products, health care and financial services. He has been involved with companies that range from small startups through Fortune 500 multi-nationals.

Mr. McGuinnis has an extensive background in “just-in-time” inventory management and EDI (electronic data interchange) data transmission computer technology as well as foreign trade finance and currency risk management, and also has expertise in SEC reporting requirements. He is also well-experienced in evaluating key strategic and operational issues as well as evaluating an entity’s controls, procedures, and financial condition.

Prior to joining A&JC, Mr. McGuinnis worked for a Big 6 public accounting firm and held positions as CFO and President at several Chicago-based businesses.

Mr. McGuinnis holds an MS in Accounting and is a CPA. He has served on the boards of several local charitable foundations and educational institutions.
